Here is a list of payment methods I accept: Cash: Clients have the option to make payments in cash at the time of their session. Credit Card: I accept credit card payments, allowing clients to pay using major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover. Debit Card: In person clients can make payments using their debit cards. Similar to credit cards, I am able to process debit card payments through a secure payment card reader. E-transfer: I can accept E-transfer payments at hello@northstarmystic.com

At North Star Mystic, we understand that circumstances may change, and there might be a need to cancel or reschedule your session. We have established a refund and cancellation policy to ensure transparency and fairness for both our clients and our business. Please review the following details regarding our refund and cancellation policy: Cancellation and Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, I kindly request that you provide me with at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled appointment time. This allows me to offer the vacated slot to other clients who may be on a waiting list. You can contact me via phone or email to request a cancellation or rescheduling. Please provide your name, appointment details, and the reason for the cancellation or rescheduling. Refunds: If you cancel your session with at least 24 hours' notice, I will provide a full refund of the payment made at the time of booking. The refund will be processed using the original payment method. For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session or in case of no-shows, no refund will be provided. No- Show - No Refund. No exceptions. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your session with at least 24 hours' notice, I will accommodate your request and work with you to find a suitable alternative date and time. Please note that rescheduling is subject to availability. I will make every effort to find an alternative slot that works for both parties. Late Arrivals: I understand that unforeseen circumstances may cause you to be late for your scheduled session. However, please be aware that arriving late may result in a shortened session to avoid inconveniencing clients scheduled after you. If you anticipate being late, we appreciate a courtesy call or message to inform me of the situation. I will do my best to accommodate the remaining time available for your session. If you are 15 minutes late or more for your scheduled session, I have the right to refuse your session, or rescheduling a future appointment. This includes online and in- person appointments. Practitioner Cancellation: In the rare event that I need to cancel or reschedule your session due to unforeseen circumstances or an emergency, I will promptly notify you and make arrangements for a new appointment. I apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding. I strive to maintain a fair and flexible approach in handling cancellations, rescheduling requests, and refunds.
